Bovemij Insurances (200 employees, turnover around 150 million Euro) provides direct and indirect insurances and related services in the total mobility branch. Bovemij addresses mainly BOVAG members, their employees and their clients. It serves about 12.000 companies (with overall about 80.000 employees) as well as hundred thousand of consumers.

Klantbeeld (MarketView) is a business intelligence solution, a mix of applications and technologies that are used to gather, provide access to, and analyze data and information about company operations. Business intelligence systems help Bovemij have a more comprehensive knowledge of the factors affecting their business, such as metrics on sales, internal operations, and they can help the company make better business decisions.
The solution consists of:
• Two types of client view (reports): one for Bovemij (advisor) and one for the client himself, on paper as well as in electronical form: offline on laptop or PC.
• Three types of market view (interactive reports): one for Bovemij total overview of the market for board, one for the region managers and one for the area of an advisor. These are available as interactive reports (so-called OLAP cubes). Different cross-sections (for instance, by time, by product, by the BOVAG segment) are possible, including ‘drill downs’ by the individual (potential) client images.
• Data warehouse that collects historical data of the individual client as well the aggregated data (KPI oriented) about the market.
• ETL process: Extract, Transforms and Loads the data from different source systems to the data warehouse.
• Integration with other external applications: export and synchronization with SCOPE.
