The purpose of our selection process is an informed decision.
This is a 2 stage process:
1st stage. We evaluate your technical skills and you find out about us: projects we do, technologies we use, technical competencies we have.
2nd stage. We assess your English skills and personality. You find out about our strategies and policies concerning professional and personal development, company and individual benefits.
At the end of this process, we will both have enough information so as to take the best decision. You will get our input on your career and we will get the proof of your added value to team performance.
If we are a match, we will use the outputs to build and follow up on your career plan.
Note: ISDC covers travel and lunch expenses for any of our applicants that are not based in Cluj.
