Our TEST ENGINEERS’ work relates with OOP concepts, scripting languages, SQL & Data warehousing using Microsoft, Java and Oracle technologies.

We are mainly looking for experienced Test Engineers who understand testing levels, bug lifecycle and have knowledge of SQL and automation tools. ISTQB certification is a plus. But if you are a young enthusiastic engineer willing to develop a career in testing, you may also apply.

A successful TEST ENGINEER @ISDC will

• Demonstrate expertise on testing and keep up to date with the latest trends in the field
• Work closely with developers, business stakeholders and act as an integral part of the team
• Have valuable input starting from the early stages of the project lifecycle
• Work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM applied as standard way of working)
• Create test strategies and test plans
• Develop test cases, test procedures; and create test data sets using automation and other testing tools
• Provide test estimates and maintain testing schedules
• Evaluate, test and propose frameworks to be applied
• Continuously refactor existing testing processes to improve automation and reduce testing times
• Collect measurements on software complexity, size, stability, and quality
• Compute and analyze metrics to identify trends, test coverage, cause-and-effect relationships
• Adapt easily to new environments and technologies and be proactive
• Train and coach colleagues & provide support to more junior colleagues
• Consider client needs, as well as quality standards
• Acquire a deep understanding of the business
• Be proficient in English
