• Have a strong focus on quality, providing technical subject matter expertise in design, architecture, coding and review
• Have an active involvement in technical communities, help others learn, improve their skills, and stay abreast with the latest trends
• Suggest improvement areas and solutions in projects organization and internal processes
• Be creative and passionate about his/her work (live for technology, feed with technology and breathe technology)
