@ISDC, our .NET Engineers can be either Technical Leads, Senior Developers (usually 3+ years of experience in developing applications using the technologies we’ve mentioned), Developers or Junior Developers.

A successful .NET Engineer @ISDC will

• Deliver complex technical solutions, based on best practices and expert validation
• Have a good and constant accuracy of the code
• Adapt easily to new environments and technologies and be proactive
• Participate in the Architecture and pre-sales of .NET solutions
• Participate in Planning, Designing & Development phases as part of the team
• Work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM applied as standard way of working)
• Train and coach colleagues on your area of expertise & provide support to more junior colleagues
• Consider client needs as well as quality standards
• Acquire a deep understanding of the business
• Be proficient in English

Experience with WCF RIA Services, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2005/2008, Expression Blend, Composition Frameworks (Prism, MEF), Data modeling, Collaboration, Social networking, Enterprise Content Management, Microsoft Office Performance Point, Business process automation are good pluses.
