A successful JAVA Engineer @ISDC will

• Deliver complex technical solutions, based on best practices and expert validation
• Have a good and constant accuracy of the code
• Adapt easily to new environments and technologies and be proactive
• Participate in the Architecture and pre-sales of JAVA solutions
• Participate in Planning, Designing & Development phases as part of the team
• Work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM applied as standard way of working)
• Lead innovation in at least one technological area
• Be actively involved in the technical community
• Improve themselves through training programs and project experiences
• Train and coach colleagues on your area of expertise & provide support to more junior colleagues
• Consider client needs as well as quality standards
• Acquire a deep understanding of the business
• Be proficient in English

Experience with Bea/Oracle or SAP platform are good pluses.
