We are looking for BI Engineers for our technological centers in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.

Our BI Senior Engineer have experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse in the areas of Data Warehouse Design, Modeling, Data Integration, Data Analysis and Reporting, prove consistent business knowledge and have 3+ years of experience on developing BI and Data Warehousing solutions.

A successful BI Senior Engineer @ISDC will

• Demonstrate expert knowledge in multiple technical and business areas
• Assume responsibility for multiple projects and/or large complex projects with cross-functional teams and business processes while working on and resolving issues across functional areas
• Apply broad as well as in-depth business and technical knowledge to establish technical direction and priorities
• Design, plan, develop, test, document and maintain BI capabilities, including data warehouse data structures, ETL jobs, cubes and reports.
• Develop, install, and maintain complex business systems applications using structured development methodology and according to corporate standards
• Participate to preliminary and detailed analysis when selecting business intelligence development tools (ETL and OLAP cube)
• Participate in and have a focus on building reusable BI components
• Develop BI solution proof of concepts (POC's)
• Innovate ways of EDW and BI knowledge pooling, sharing and collaboration
• Self-learning and knowledge acquisition on the latest BI tools, technologies and best practices
• Develop BI technology roadmap and experiment with new technologies to solve business needs
• Train and guide internal customers of the data warehouse and other data sources to maximize their self-empowerment and self-sufficiency in using business intelligence tools to query, report on and analyze their data.
• Work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM applied as standard way of working)
• Be actively involved in the technical community
• Improve themselves through training programs and project experiences
• Consider client needs as well as quality standards
• Be proficient in English

Experience in using the Oracle BI technology stack, awareness, good understanding and practice of DW2.0 principles and Data Vault Architecture are good pluses.
